I ordered from Serengeti the shipping was frustrating. Really slow. The tracking just sat there for days with no updates, so I had no idea where my package was. It did finally show up, but definitely later than I expected. Customer support got back to me, just not very quickly. The items themselves were fine. No big complaints there. Just wish the delivery part had been handled better

"Customer service took way too long"
I like the service overall, but getting help was frustrating. It took days just to get a reply, and by then I was already annoyed. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start looking for another option.

"Not really worth the money"
I ordered a dress from serengetifashions.com i was let down. The photos made it look way nicer, but when it arrived the fabric felt really thin and cheap, like... not what I thought I was getting at all. The stitching was kind of messy too, with loose threads already showing here and there.
Then after one wash, it somehow looked even worse and didn’t really hold its shape. I don’t know, I just expected better for the price. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just all wrong. It was tight in the arms and somehow baggy everywhere else, which was really frustrating. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it, which feels like way more effort than it should be. Definitely not happy with this purchase.

I checked out serengetifashions.com and quickly assumed it just wasn’t for me. The clothes looked a bit dated to my eye, and some of the colors and patterns felt kind of all over the place. Maybe someone else would like that style, but I didn’t see anything that made me want to buy.

"Not worth the money"
As someone who’s picky about getting good quality for the price, I was disappointed. The clothes looked way nicer online, but when they showed up, they felt kind of cheap in person. The stitching wasn’t great either, which made the whole order feel even less worth it. For what I paid, I really think I could’ve found better pieces somewhere else.
